Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader, Associate Director or Director level, to lead large-scale utilities-sector projects and transformation initiatives. The role combines project and programme management, governance, risk and stakeholder leadership, strategic transformation advice, procurement and delivery-model assessment, business development, and client account growth across water, electricity and gas sectors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, and 8+ years of experience for Associate Director or 10+ years for Director, with strong experience in complex, enterprise-scale utilities programmes.

Leading large-scale transformation programmes and change initiatives in the utilities sector
Originating, leading and closing business development opportunities, tenders and complex multi-stakeholder bids
