Pariveda is hiring an Advisory Manager to lead day-to-day management consulting engagements in Dallas, Houston, or Chicago. The role partners with clients on organizational change, operating models, process optimization, technology capabilities, and enterprise-wide transformation; manages small teams and workstreams; executes projects through planning and resource management; facilitates workshops and stakeholder sessions; develops change strategies and executive-ready deliverables; coaches Associates and Senior Consultants; and collaborates with Principals and Vice Presidents. Candidates need at least five years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, team and project management experience, familiarity with consulting frameworks, a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position offers a hybrid work model and an annual salary of $139,100-$151,000, plus medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
