Pitney Bowes is hiring an Advisory Software Engineer in Pune to support enterprise Wintel, VMware, HCI, and cloud environments. The role maintains reliable infrastructure, supports day-to-day operations, contributes to projects, and ensures systems are secure, available, and well documented. Responsibilities include administering VMware ESX/ESXi and vSphere environments, supporting HCI and Nutanix, providing 24x7 operational support, troubleshooting virtual machines, managing Active Directory, and applying ITIL practices. The position requires 6–8 years of experience, rotational shifts, and approximately monthly weekend on-call support.
