Clifford Chance is hiring an Advocaat-stage in its Projects & Real Estate group in Amsterdam. The role advises clients on complex real estate transactions, project financing, energy projects, infrastructure developments, property acquisitions and sales, commercial contracts, permits, and building- and energy-sector regulations. Candidates should be in the final phase of their master in law or already graduated, with flexibility, drive, and a pragmatic approach; applicants must provide a motivation letter, CV, secondary and university transcripts, stage assessments or references, and a thesis. The position requires fluent Dutch and a Dutch law degree, including Civiel Effect, and includes pre-employment screening.
