Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) is hiring an Advocacy Coordinator for its After-School programs in New York. The role provides oversight of academic enrichment and support components, including mentorship, academic support, social-emotional support, career readiness, college prep, life skills, multicultural exposure, data tracking, and coordination with school partners, parents, and site staff. The position is on-site Monday through Friday, requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of relevant experience, and one year of supervisory experience, and offers a salary of $55,000 to $60,000 plus full-time benefits including employer-covered health insurance.
