Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Youth Advocate to provide guidance, support, mentoring, and advocacy to at-risk youth and their families throughout Tattnall County. The role involves building trusting relationships, developing individualized support plans, connecting youth with community resources, monitoring progress, collaborating with professionals, and maintaining service records. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, youth-service experience, knowledge of community resources, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance; bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
