Description
The Advocate provides trauma-informed, relational advocacy and case management services to children and families affected by human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, homelessness, or addiction. The role handles crisis response, safety planning, assessments, treatment planning, referrals, documentation, family preservation, and coordination with legal, child protection, law enforcement, and community stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years of case management or crisis intervention experience, a personal vehicle, regional travel, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage. The position is full-time and requires applicants to be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
