Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a full-time Youth Advocate to serve youth and families in Alameda County. The role initiates, organizes, plans, develops, and implements direct advocacy services using a strength-based wrap-around model, while maintaining service plans, documentation, and progress notes. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, experience working with at-risk youth, knowledge of community resources, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
