Description
Stibbe is seeking an experienced Advocate specializing in Competition Law & Regulated Markets. The role involves providing high-quality legal advice on complex national and cross-border matters, including EU and competition law issues such as cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control, FSR, and FDI. The advocate will support clients in investigations by regulatory bodies like the ACM and European Commission, and participate in administrative proceedings before Dutch and European courts. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Litigation practice group on major civil mass damages cases.
