Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Youth Advocate to serve youth and families throughout Ocean County. The role initiates, organizes, plans, develops, and implements direct advocacy services using a strength-based, wraparound approach. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, community-work and at-risk-youth experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance; bilingual Spanish ability is a plus.
