Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is hiring a part-time Youth Advocate to serve youth and families throughout Oxford County. The role initiates, organizes, plans, develops, and implements direct advocacy services using a strength-based, wraparound approach, while documenting progress and coordinating with community resources. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience working directly with youth and families, communication and coaching skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
