Unbound Now is hiring a full-time, on-site CSEY Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role responds to referrals, meets immediate needs, coordinates services, conducts assessments, develops safety plans, provides transportation, documents cases, and collaborates with CPS, DFPS, law enforcement, and other partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant human services field, experience with trafficking, child abuse, neglect, homelessness, or addiction, and formal training in trauma-informed care, the Stages of Change Model, and Motivational Interviewing. The position includes evening, weekend, and holiday on-call work, frequent local travel, and a 40–50-hour weekly schedule.
