Description
The Orizzo Marques law firm is seeking a lawyer to handle the preparation and analysis of business contracts, review various corporate documents, conduct research, prepare reports and opinions, participate in client meetings, and contribute to due diligence work. The role requires a law degree with an active OAB and prior experience in contracts and corporate law; a postgraduate degree in contractual or corporate law, English, and a structured career plan are desirable.
