Na Orizon Valorização de Resíduos S.A. is hiring a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support national and international business operations. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; advising on waste disposal, collection, energy, gas, and carbon credits; identifying contractual risks; managing legal demands through KPIs and SLAs; and providing strategic legal support to commercial projects. The position requires a law degree with an active OAB, prior commercial contract experience, knowledge of relevant regulatory and waste-management topics, English proficiency, and strong organizational and communication skills.
