Description
The firm is hiring a lawyer to handle contentious and advisory work on active and passive banking-law portfolios, representing financial institutions. Responsibilities include drafting opinions, responding to inquiries, filing petitions, monitoring proceedings, drafting court dispatches, attending hearings, and preparing reports. The role requires full-time dedication, regular OAB registration, at least one year of experience as a lawyer in bank or creditor judicial recoveries, and specialization in business law and/or judicial recovery. It offers a fixed salary of R$ 3,200, year-end bonus, meal and beverage allowance, OAB membership payment, Totalpass, fully remote work, digital library access, and provision of a laptop.
