Description
The role provides comprehensive legal support to clients, including document analysis, preparation of procedural documents, contract and privacy compliance, risk mitigation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and representation in judicial and administrative proceedings. It also manages the portfolio of legal matters, prepares procedural and contingency reports, and executes legal instruments of varying complexity. The position requires a complete law degree, an active OAB registration, at least six months of experience in a law firm or corporate legal area, and advanced knowledge of civil and civil procedural law.
