Description
The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand customer requirements and design solid-rocket-motor assemblies and components for launch vehicles, missile systems, and space missions. Responsibilities include performance and sizing calculations, detailed fabrication drawings, analysis and testing support, and application of engineering principles and standards. The role requires a STEM bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant experience, United States citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance; rocketry, propulsion, CAD, PLM, and multidisciplinary teamwork are preferred.
