Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Flight Test Control Engineer to support developmental flight testing through multidisciplinary test teams. The role develops and enforces flight-test processes and procedures, manages configuration control for weapon-system modifications, maintains test-team training, and supports timely project completion. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or technology, technical-team experience, and developmental flight-test experience; customer-facing, documentation, configuration-control, schedule-network, and flight-test-planning experience are desired. It is a full-time role requiring U.S. citizenship and access to a facility with special access, with a salary range of $85,300 to $158,300 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
