Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Aeronautical Engineer Stf for its Advanced Development Programs – Skunk Works to lead the integration and design synthesis of the XR/AGM‑158 Flex weapon system family. The role spans aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation; supports system trade studies; coordinates with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply-chain teams; prepares technical materials; and mentors early-career engineers. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, hold an active Secret clearance, and have a bachelor’s or higher engineering degree plus experience in airframe structure design, metallic and composite design, and CATIA V5 or 3DX. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
