Description

BAE Systems is hiring a Saudi national Aeroscience Instructor in Riyadh to instruct cadets in aerodynamics, aircraft performance, propulsion systems, avionics, and related subject areas according to an approved syllabus. The role includes delivering demonstrations, conducting assessments and examinations, maintaining cadet academic and discipline records, using a training management system, reviewing and updating courseware and assessments, supporting configuration control and safety processes, and contributing to timetabling and instructor allocation. The position requires a relevant master’s degree or equivalent, teaching/instructional training, relevant instructional experience, English fluency, and specialist knowledge in aerospace-related areas.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Relevant master's degree (preferably an MSc) or equivalent, plus completion of a one-year post-graduate teaching course or Instructional Technique course or equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: Relevant instructional and teaching experience within the last five years.
Experience designing and developing courseware and training materials.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of life cycle management, SAT, configuration management, and quality assurance.
English fluency at IELTS 7 level for non-native speakers.
IT literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to work independently and in a team, and to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Tertiary college, university, or military academy background with specialist knowledge in aerodynamics, aircraft and flight performance, aircraft propulsion systems, and avionics.
Master's in Meteorology or 1500 hours flying experience for ex-military personnel.
