Description
Chromalloy is hiring an Aerospace Composites Process Engineer in Windsor, Connecticut to develop, qualify, and optimize composite layup and repair processes for gas turbine engine components. The role supports production operations, process capability, root-cause analysis, tooling and fixture development, documentation, training, equipment maintenance, and continuous-improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC. The position is on-site with occasional travel, requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science-based discipline and at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience, and is limited to U.S. persons.
