Baxter Aerospace is hiring an Aerospace Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and debug embedded software for flight computers and other safety-critical aerospace systems supporting wildfire mitigation and aerial firefighting. The role requires strong C programming, extensive microcontroller experience, RTOS knowledge, and hands-on embedded systems development, with responsibilities spanning drivers, bootloaders, middleware, algorithms, testing, and collaboration with hardware and avionics teams. This is a full-time, non-entry-level position requiring U.S. person status and at least five years of embedded software experience.
