Description
Haast is hiring an Aerospace Engineer to lead the conceptualization and design of autonomous aircraft, develop performance models, and support sizing, configuration, and design trade decisions. The role covers CAD modeling, CFD and FEA analysis, flight-test planning, flight-data analysis, diagnostics, and collaboration with mechanical, avionics, controls, and operations teams. Candidates should have experience with UAVs, fixed-wing or VTOL aircraft, flight testing, CAD, CFD, FEA, and Python or MATLAB, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
