Shield AI is hiring an Aerospace Engineer to own flight performance, endurance, mass properties, weight and center-of-gravity modeling, aerodynamic and propulsion modeling, payload evaluation, flight-test validation, and performance-envelope analysis for its V-BAT aircraft. The role requires a B.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, at least five years of aerospace or defense experience, and proficiency with Python, MATLAB, or equivalent tools. The position offers a full-time regular employee package with pay, bonus, benefits, and equity, as well as a temporary employee package.
