The role coordinates aviation-regulated material and qualification testing, develops test requirements and pre-series tests, manages test facilities and safety-related instruction, and supports process optimization through digitalization and automation. It requires an aerospace, composite-materials, or plastics engineering degree, at least one year of material-testing experience, SAP and CATIA V5 familiarity, metrology and MS Office knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills.
