Description

Blue Origin is hiring early-career Aerospace Systems Engineers for multiple business units and engineering teams. The role involves systems definition, integration, testing, safety, operations, verification and validation for fluid, mechanical, propulsion and electrical systems; decomposing customer requirements; managing interfaces and ICDs; leading gated technical reviews; and creating and completing test plans and readiness reviews. Applicants must have a recent engineering or technical bachelor’s degree, relevant complex-systems engineering experience or hands-on internship/co-op experience, and be able to start by Fall 2026. Preferred qualifications include a relevant master’s degree, Jama, Rhapsody or Cameo, Model Based Systems Engineering, flight dynamics, and customer-facing presentation experience. The primary locations are Kent, Washington; Denver, Colorado; Reston, Virginia; and Cape Canaveral, Florida.
