Intuitive Machines is hiring an Aerospace Welding Engineer in Houston, Texas to own and support welding and joining processes for mission-critical spaceflight hardware. The role develops and qualifies welding procedures, translates design requirements into production processes, supports fabrication and inspection, evaluates weld metallurgy and failure mechanisms, leads nonconformance investigations, and maintains manufacturing records and traceability. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials field, at least three years of aerospace or high-reliability hardware experience, knowledge of welding standards and metallurgy, and hands-on experience with processes such as GTAW, GMAW, and OTW.
