Description
The AI Orchestrator will lead AI-led transformation of the Software Development Lifecycle by designing and implementing AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and automation across requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support. The role assesses .NET applications, establishes human-in-the-loop governance and quality controls, partners with engineering and business stakeholders, and measures productivity, quality, and cycle-time improvements. It requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience, strong .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core expertise, and hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration.
