Description
The Gen AI Engineer will design, build, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational workflows for enterprise clients. The role involves understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, partnering with IT, operations, and business stakeholders, prioritizing AI use cases, integrating copilots with enterprise data and workflows, and monitoring and fine-tuning AI models. Candidates need at least 10 years of total IT experience, 4–6 years in AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation, and 1–2 years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience; Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform exposure is preferred, along with Python and AI or Microsoft Copilot certifications. The role requires flexibility to support the United States Eastern Time Zone.
