HARMAN is hiring an AES Hardware Engineer in Bucharest, Romania, to develop and verify analog and digital functional blocks for automotive infotainment computer systems and platforms. The role includes hardware and software testing, schematic and layout work, measurement and documentation, BIOS and bring-up support, supplier evaluation, and technical support through industrialization. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 1–3 years of relevant hardware development and verification experience, knowledge of embedded systems and common automotive interfaces, and strong English communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment with most office-based work onsite three days per week and an annual gross base salary range of 202,500–297,000 lei.
