Description
The AFAT Advisor Associate provides client-facing wealth management and financial planning services to Baird Associates and their immediate families. The role involves researching and analyzing data to create customized annual financial plans, participating in client meetings, delivering education on retirement, debt management, benefits, and other offerings, identifying investment solutions, supporting marketing and follow-up activities, and helping associates maximize their financial futures. Candidates must have at least one year of client-facing industry experience, hold SIE and Series 7/66 or Series 7/63/65 licenses, have an undergraduate degree, and pursue a professional designation or higher-level education within one year.
