N26 is hiring an AFC Compliance Controls and Reviews - Associate to manage and execute the Second Line of Defense Anti-Financial Crime control framework. The role conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance testing, evaluates control design and operational performance, develops and maintains risk-based control plans, reports systemic risks to senior management, and tracks remediation to closure. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of external or internal audit or risk assurance experience, knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, assurance methodology, and fluency in English and German.
