Description
Salesforce is hiring AFD360 Guiders and Doers to activate and sustain Agentforce and Data 360 deployments for customers who have purchased the technology but have not yet realized value. The role partners with customers to define production-ready agent use cases, remove blockers, improve underperforming agents, establish grounding, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and runbooks, develop customer capability, coordinate stakeholder decisions, accelerate adoption, and plan expansion. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, knowledge of applications, relational databases, and ERP technologies, strong communication and collaboration skills, and at least four years of professional experience; Salesforce certifications and customer-facing architecture or solution-engineering experience are preferred. The typical base salary is $148,190 to $269,080 annually, with higher ranges in California, New York, and select Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington DC metropolitan areas.
