Lyra Health is hiring a fully remote, contractor Mental Health Coach to provide short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults. The role involves participating in training, supporting clients through emotional and mental health challenges, sharing assessments between sessions, engaging in clinical consultation, and maintaining adherence to the coaching model and quality standards. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience, recognized coaching certification, required coaching education and practicum hours, and active membership with an accredited coaching body.
