Description
The Grants Management Officer will support IOM Ethiopia’s Grants Mechanism by managing the full grants lifecycle, including partner identification, due diligence, capacity assessment, implementation monitoring, compliance review, reporting, risk monitoring, documentation, and close-out. The role coordinates with implementing partners and internal units, provides limited financial and budget-monitoring support, organizes partner and staff training, and maintains grant databases and reporting systems. Candidates need a school diploma with six years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience, along with experience in grants management, partner engagement, programme implementation, compliance, risk monitoring, and coordination with humanitarian and development partners.
