Tarte is hiring an Affiliate Creator Community Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of its creator affiliate communities, particularly on TikTok Shop, Discord, and Lark. The role develops programming, challenges, incentives, training, communications, and gamified initiatives; nurtures top and emerging affiliates; tracks community and affiliate performance KPIs; and adapts to creator and social commerce trends. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, hands-on Discord community experience, TikTok Shop or social commerce affiliate experience, and strong creator-marketing, communication, and project-management skills. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness benefits.
