Lyra Health is hiring an Affiliate EAP Counsellor as a network partner to provide short-term, solution-focused mental health counselling to corporate employees. The role delivers care through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities, maintains 24-hour documentation, follows EAP authorization and safety protocols, and adheres to financial and non-solicitation governance. Candidates need a master’s degree or higher in a relevant psychology or counseling field, a valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India, and at least two years of post-qualification clinical experience; EAP experience and expertise in workplace wellness and short-term therapy are preferred.
