Lyra Health is hiring an Affiliate EAP Counsellor as a network partner to provide short-term, solution-focused mental health counselling to corporate employees across face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic modalities. The role requires a master’s degree or higher in a relevant clinical field, a valid professional license or registration to practice counselling in India, and at least two years of post-qualification clinical experience. The counsellor must meet strict documentation, authorization, safety, confidentiality, and governance requirements while collaborating with internal clinical oversight teams.
