HSBC México is hiring a Payroll Implementation Advisor (POC) to support the implementation of new payroll acquisitions, supervise nationwide POCs, conduct audits, and improve customer service and payroll-file integration. The role reports to the Deputy Director of Implementation and requires knowledge of HOGAN and HBMX systems, payroll products, databases, Excel, and credit and deposit-taking policies, along with customer service, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
