L+M Development Partners is hiring an Asset Management professional to manage a complex portfolio of regulated affordable multifamily properties in New York City. The role oversees financial performance, budgets, property operations, regulatory compliance, capital projects, site inspections, third-party relationships, strategic planning, and financial modeling for buy/hold, refinancing, and portfolio analyses. Candidates need 5–7 years of multifamily asset management or comparable real estate experience, affordable housing program knowledge, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, leadership, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
