EliseAI is hiring an Affordable Housing Compliance Expert to audit resident files across LIHTC, HUD Section 8, USDA Rural Development, and related affordable housing programs. The role applies expert judgment to complex income, asset, certification, and non-standard cases; validates automated compliance outputs; identifies gaps for product and engineering; develops reference materials and test cases; and supports UAT. Candidates need at least three years of affordable housing compliance file-review or auditing experience, relevant program knowledge, a compliance-related background, and relevant certifications. Remote candidates are considered, with preference for New York City-based applicants; those within commuting distance work from the office four to five days per week. The salary range is $125,000 to $200,000, with medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100% and other benefits.
