Description
The AFP Collections Operations Specialist will supervise and operate the full lifecycle of pension debt collections, from DNP monitoring and presumed delinquency clarification through DNPA generation, pre-judicial and judicial collections, payment regularization, regulatory reporting, and auxiliary records. The role translates operational workflows, edge cases, and business rules into requirements for software engineering, collaborates on system design, validation, and testing, supports acceptance criteria, monitors regulatory changes, and participates in industry forums. It requires at least three years of hands-on AFP collections experience in Chile, knowledge of pension management systems, and strong process-documentation and technology collaboration skills.
