Description
Banduri LLC is hiring a full-time, mid-level AFSIM Developer to support customer digital wargaming, mission engineering, and force design efforts. The role develops and sustains AFSIM scenarios, models, and C++ plugins; translates operational concepts into simulation behaviors; connects simulation components and data sources; validates models; automates runs and output processing with Python; and partners with government stakeholders on development, wargame execution, and technical documentation. The position requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least five years of relevant software development experience, and one or more years of hands-on AFSIM development.
