After-Hours Experience Associate at Kiln

Kiln is hiring a part-time After-Hours Member Experience Associate to work on an on-call basis of 0–10 hours per week. The role supports after-hours events and community operations by greeting members and guests, assisting with event inquiries and audio-visual equipment, maintaining facility areas, providing customer service, gathering feedback, and helping with teardown and cleanup. The position pays $19 per hour and prefers partial college completion, office or administrative experience, customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with Kiln’s mission and values.
