CarePros is hiring a temporary full-time After-Hours Program Supervisor in Edmonton and the surrounding area to provide crisis management support for 24/7 care programs. The role mentors front-line employees, supports children and youth with complex needs, manages after-hours crises, coordinates with stakeholders, and maintains program operations. It requires two years of hands-on crisis-management experience, two years of direct care experience with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, one year of supervisory experience, relevant post-secondary education, and several Alberta compliance requirements. The schedule includes overnight shifts, weekend on-call coverage, and a four-days-on, two-days-off rotation, with compensation of $55,000–$60,000 per year.
