The After Sales Engineer provides technical support to international aviation customers after product delivery, diagnoses field failures, handles complaints and service requests, prepares root-cause analyses and technical reports, coordinates product changes, and conducts customer and internal training. The role requires a degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or a comparable field, knowledge of electromechanical systems, strong German and English skills, and occasional travel.
