Fnac is hiring a permanent After-Sales Service Receptionist/Sales Associate/Logistics Associate for its Rosny-sous-Bois store. The role reports to the After-Sales Service/Logistics Department Manager and combines receiving, inspecting, storing, preparing products for delivery, resolving stock discrepancies, handling shipping returns, welcoming and assisting customers, resolving disputes, and handing over products and online orders. Candidates should have experience in after-sales service and logistics, ideally in retail, with a strong customer-service orientation. The position offers a gross annual compensation range of 20,000 to 25,000 euros.
