Description
The After Sales Spares & Lifecycle Coordinator manages spare parts fulfillment, technical BOM cross-referencing, SAP order processing, logistics, inventory, obsolescence, and lifecycle tracking for Optel’s capital machinery across India and APAC. The role coordinates engineering, design, manufacturing, field technicians, buyers, and logistics teams; curates OEM-specific spare parts; monitors hardware and software end-of-life; and converts obsolescence and field-service data into upgrade, automation, and critical-spares sales opportunities.
