Description
The East Harlem Tutorial Program is hiring a Group Leader for a school-year after-school role beginning September 8, 2026 and ending December 17, 2026. The position pays $20 per hour for approximately 18 hours per week and involves leading K–12 students, facilitating lessons and weekly challenges, supporting youth workers, maintaining classroom safety and community, tracking attendance and incidents, and communicating with families. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and meet specified student-experience requirements; college credits, youth-development knowledge, team-building experience, lesson-planning experience, and additional-language fluency are preferred.
