Description
EDMO is hiring an After School Instructor to teach STEAM and SEL curriculum, lead recreation activities, manage classroom and supply logistics, maintain attendance and incident records, and support students’ social-emotional development. The role reports to a Program Manager, requires a high school diploma or GED, previous group-student experience, and completion or willingness to complete an instructional assistant exam, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework waiving the exam requirement. The position runs from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027, with Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Wednesday shifts from 12:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and pays $20–$24 per hour depending on location, region, and experience.
